THE Oyo State Police Command has arrested a 32-year-old man, Olalekan, allegedly caught with a human head in nylon. The suspected ritualist, according to the Public Relations Officer, SP Adekunle Ajisebutu, was arrested at Modina area, Idi-Aro, Ibadan at about 6.30a.m. The arrest of the suspect followed information by members of the public, who raised the alarm over his strange and suspicious movement.
