Nigeria’s minister of transportation, Rotimi Amaechi has announced that the federal government has ordered the importation of 30 coaches and 300 wagons for the Lagos-Ibadan railway project. Amaechi while speaking during the assessment of the ongoing work being done on the project by the China Civil Engineering Construction Company (CCECC) said these new coaches and wagons will increase the transportation of passengers and goods from Lagos to other states in the southwest region.
