3SC plot to dismantle Pillars in Ibadan

3SC coach, Abimbola Lawal has expressed assurances that the Oluyole Warriors won’t be relegated at the end of the season in spite of their inability to secure a win in their last three matches. The Ibadan-based side drew in Lagos to Ikorodu United two weeks ago but they couldn’t consolidate on their away feat when they were held to a goalless draw at home by El Kanemi Warriors before their latest 0-1 loss to Heartland in Owerri last Sunday.

Despite the defeat in Owerri, Lawal told SportingLife that they are working round the clock to ensure that their fans smile when they host Kano Pillars this weekend at the Lekan Salami Stadium, Adamasingba, Ibadan to ensure that they steer clear of relegation zone.

“It was a painful loss because we worked very hard for the three points. We will go back home knowing fully well that we must step up our performance against Kano Pillars if we are to carry the day. We want to bring smiles back to the faces of our fans and we are working towards that,” Lawal told SportingLife.

3SC are 13th on the log with 41 points from 31 games.
