Ladoja tasks electorates on voters’ registration
Electorates in the areas where fresh voters’ registration would take place in Oyo State have been called upon to troop out and ensure they participate in the exercise. The call was made by the national leader of Accord Party (AP) and former governor of the state, Rashidi Ladoja, through a release signed by a member of his media team, Toyese Oladejo, and made available to journalists in Ibadan on Monday.
Ladoja, who described the exercise as important and imperative for a positive change in the state, said, “it is through participation in the exercise that the electorates would be able to vote for candidates of their choice.
The former governor averred that his party would continue to be the voice of the masses, which would change the present appalling situation in the state.
He insisted that the Accord-led government would cater for the needs of the electorates, asserting that all government actions and policies would focus on the welfare of the citizenry.
While asking the people of the state to remain steadfast, Ladoja thanked them for their unalloyed support and loyalty over the years, assuring that Accord Party would remain faithful to them from 2015 and beyond.
