Acting President Yemi Osinbajo has approved the appointment of Dayo Apata, as the new Solicitor General of the Federation. This was confirmed in a statement released. Apata served as the Solicitor General and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Justice in Ekiti between 2010 and 2014, when Kayode Fayemi was Governor.
