The Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC), Oyo State chapter has called on the state government to as a matter of urgency suspend the ongoing data capturing and biometrics of workers in the state. NLC said if government must continue, it should be done in a way that it would not affect the lives of workers negatively. Residents of a certain area in Oyo state have taken a bizarre but hilarious step towards stopping power supply disconnection in their area.
